One of the puzzles showed up with a crushed corner, which was a bummer... but I reached out and they got back to me really quickly. They sent a replacement with no hassle at all. i really appreciated how easy they made it!

I found heaps of jigsaws here that I don’t normally see in other shops. Because the range was so good and the site was easy to browse, it was simple to find a few I really liked.

The site was easy enough to get around, but a few of the puzzles I was looking at were out of stock, which was a bit annoying. I did find one eventually, so it worked out, but I kind of wish the stock info was a bit more up to date. Overall, not too bad.

My jigsaw showed up faster than I expected, and the packaging was decent. The puzzle box had bubble wrap around it and it didn’t seem to slide around much in the parcel, so that part was good.
I’m only knocking off a star because one corner of the outside box was a little dented, probably from whatever happened with it on the way here. The puzzle itself was totally fine though, so I’d order again — just hopefully they’re a bit gentler next time

I had to return a puzzle because I somehow ordered the wrong size, which confused me because I was sure I’d picked the right one. The return page was simple enough to use though, and I got a reply quicker than I expected.
I posted it back and the refund showed up a few days later. No hassle, no awkward questions, nothing weird. I’d happily shop with jigsawstore.com.au again.

I had a really easy time using jigsawstore.com.au. The site loaded quickly for me, and I didn’t have to click around endlessly to find the puzzle sizes and brands I was interested in.

I also found the search and filters genuinely helpful. I used them to narrow down what I wanted, and it made picking a puzzle feel simple instead of overwhelming.

Checkout was straightforward too, which I always appreciate. It didn’t ask for a bunch of unnecessary details, and the whole experience felt smooth and hassle-free.

The puzzle didn’t really look like what was shown or described, which was disappointing. I don’t mind paying a bit more if the product matches the listing, but this didn’t feel worth it. The delivery updates were also lacking, so I was left guessing more than I’d like.

I ordered a couple of puzzles from Jigsaw Store i was pleased with how clear the difficulty ratings were. I picked one medium and one hard, and they actually felt spot on, which was a relief because I hate when “hard” turns out way too easy. The hard one definitely had me frustrated at times, but in that good, stubborn, can’t-stop-now kind of way. Delivery was okay, maybe a little slower than I hoped, but not enough to really bother me. I do wish they had a few more photos of the actual pieces before buying, though. Overall, I’m happy with the order and I’d probably buy from them again

I ordered from jigsawstore.com.au the communication was disappointing. I wasn’t even in a huge rush or anything, I just like knowing what’s going on with an order once I’ve paid for it. After placing the order, I barely got any updates, so I kept having to check myself. I even remember checking while having my morning coffee because I thought maybe I’d missed an email, but there was basically nothing. When I finally reached out, the reply I got didn’t really clear much up either. Overall, it just felt like I was left in the dark most of the time

Support was friendly and did help me in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. It just took longer than I expected, and part of me wondered if they were hoping I’d give up or figure it out myself before they fully stepped in. Still, once they responded, they were polite and got things sorted.

The pieces fit together really nicely, and the print is super clear. Overall, it feels like a great quality puzzle.

The puzzle image was really clear and looked just like what I saw on the site. The colours were nice too, maybe a tiny bit darker than I expected, but is that really a big deal? It still made the pieces easy to sort and the whole puzzle fun to put together. I’m giving it 4 stars because overall, I was happy with it.

It’s great having a jigsaw shop in Australia, since apparently I’ve reached the stage of life where that genuinely matters to me. The range is decent, though a couple of the puzzles I wanted were out of stock, because of course they were. Delivery was fine — not lightning-fast, not tragic, just very much “it arrived.” I’d probably use them again if what I’m after is actually available.
